Current Wait Time ~ 4 - 6 Weeks

1. Copyright and Ownership:
• All artworks, designs, and content posted on this account / any of my accounts are my intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of the content without prior consent. I do not allow tracing , copying , or super heavy inspiration of my art. Please refrain from this as it will end up in an instant block.2. Respectful Interaction:
• I encourage positive and respectful interaction among followers. Any comments or messages that are deemed disrespectful, offensive, or inappropriate will be promptly deleted, and the user may be blocked from my account.3. Payment:
• Payment for commissions must be paid up front ! I only accept cash app , paypal , & kofi !4. Revisions:
• Revisions may be requested when sketch WIPS & flat color WIPS are sent and will be accommodated as much as possible.
• I allow up to 3 changes / revisions for free , if others have to occur they will come at an extra charge for extra time being spent on the piece.
• once i’m at the color stage , changes to the already completed lineart cannot be changed , if something needs to be changed with lineart that needs to be addressed at the sketch stage only.5. Refunds
• I do not allow refunds unless your art has taken more than 4 months to complete or i am not able to complete your commission.
• Please only commission me if you’re absolutely sure! I will not reimburse you if you decide later that you changed your mind and do not want the commission anymore.6. Usage Rights:
• Unless otherwise agreed upon, the artist retains the right to use commissioned artworks for self-promotion and portfolio purposes. • The client may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You are allowed to make merchandise of my art as long as it’s commissioned art for you & your ocs ! ( keychains , standees , stickers , etc )7. Privacy:
• I respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Any information shared with me for commission purposes will be kept confidential.8. Wait Times :
• If you are not one to like long wait times please keep in mind I have a rush fee you can pay that is $10 that pushes you to the front of the queue. This rush does not mean I will work on your comm 24/7 , just that you are at the front of the line and do not need to wait the regular queue time.9. Payment Plans :
• Payment plans with adopts will be provided with 2 main options :
• biweekly payments ( 2 )
• weekly payments ( 1-3 )
if you adopt a design in the middle of the month then you’d just continue to pay into the next month.
• Any hold extensions will come at an extra charge ( up to $5 a week ).
When asking for a payment plan please have set dates for the plan/s. I will no longer accept holds / payment plans without specified dates / times.
• If a payment plan is cancelled there are no refunds.10. Holds :
• Holds on adopts are available with a max hold time of 1 week. Any hold extensions will come at an extra charge ( up to $5 a week ).
• If you do not respond to me for payments within 1 week I will resell the design & any payments you made on the design will be non-refundable.
• please try your best not to drop a hold , if it’s an emergency & necessary that’s completely okay! life happens ! just please be sure to let me know asap. if holds are dropped multiple times it will result in no holds being offered to you anymore & you must pay upfront for my services.11. Original Character Design Sales Between Other Parties• I do not handle or get involved in any issues related to disputes over character design ownership, including modifications, usage rights, or disagreements between buyers and sellers.• I do not take responsibility for any potential conflicts that arise between the buyer and other parties. Any issues or drama that occur between the buyer and another party regarding the design must be handled by the buyer & other party directly , not me.12. Theft or Copying of Designs
• I do not allow copying , tracing , or super heavy inspiration of my designs. In the event that a character design created by me is stolen or copied by another party, I will intervene.
If you believe that your owned design has been used without permission / copied, please contact me directly, providing clear evidence of the theft or copying.13. Changes to Terms:
• These terms of service may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. By continuing to follow my account and engage with my content, you agree to be bound by the most recent version of these terms.Thank you for your support and understanding!
